The Perfect Bodybuilder

Mike Mentzer, the perfect bodybuilder?

Back in the day, Mike Mentzer was the man. He first exploded onto the bodybuilding scene when he won the 1976 Mr. America, he next went on to win the Mr. Universe in 1978 with a perfect score of 300 points.

The next year he won the heavyweight class of the 1979 Mr. Olympia, once again he got a perfect 300 score from the judges.

This has never been done before or since by any other bodybuilder. He is the only one that has ever been deemed perfect in the history of IFBB bodybuilding.

Mike was 5'8" tall and reached a peak competition weight of 225 lbs. His measurements are much debated because Mike refused to lie about them as many other bodybuilders do. But I will tell you this - if you look at pictures or videos of them standing next to each other at the 1980 Mr. Olympia contest you can see that Mike was as big if not bigger then Arnold.

How to Get The Perfect Muscular Body

The most impressive thing about Mentzer was that when most bodybuilders were training for 2 to 3 hours, 6 to 7 days a week, his workouts averaged only 45 minutes for 3 to 4 days a week.

Using brief and infrequent workouts like he did is best known as HIT or High Intensity Training.

Now you might or might not agree that Mike had perfect muscular body, but using High Intensity Training is for sure the fastest and most logical way to for you to get what you consider the perfect body for yourself.

Get the new HITMAN High Intensity Training program.

High Intensity Training really does work when it is done the right way, in fact many people arew gaining 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in only 2 to 3 months using HITMAN!
