Muscly Jerk Review

The Muscly Jerk Guide, workout and nutrition plans review

Someone actually asked us to review the Muscly Jerk, maybe we shouldn't have taken him seriously but we did, so here goes.

First looking at the website, the cartoon character and insulting sales pitch were a big turn off, but ok, we decided to see if the program is any good at all.

So we read over "The Muscly Jerk Guide, workout and nutrition plans" which was only 25 pages long, and it's not terrible advise if you are a total beginner, which we guess this program is geared towards, but there are much better beginner bodybuilding guides available.

The bonuses, which are only 1 or 2 pages each, basically contain dating and sex advice about how to be a jerk to women, that approach may work but the kind of women that are attracted to jerks have serious issues that you don't want to deal with, believe us, we have been there and done that.

So, if your goal is to be a jerk and overpay for a beginners program, than the Muscly Jerk guide would be right for you.

But if your goal is to build lean muscle mass fast and you want to most advanced methods with no B.S. get the Matrix Mass Training System.
