Which workout program should I use?
Q. Can you advise which system would be best for muscle development for a 40 year old experienced bodybuilder - HITMAN or Matrix Mass System?
A. If you are an experienced bodybuilder, 6 months or more of training, are not a hard gainer and have time to train 4 to 6 days a week with each workout lasting only 45 minutes on average, then you should get the Matrix Mass Training Manual.
But if you are a beginner, a hard gainer or short on time and can only train 2 to 3 days a week, then the HITMAN High Intensity Training Manual would be the way to go.
