High Intensity Training for Fat Loss

Does high intensity training burn fat?

Q. I'm 27 6'5" at 285lbs, I'm looking to start high intensity training. My question is should I first start with losing weight or start training due to more muscles burning more fat?

A. You don't need to lose weight first because high intensity training will help you lose fat. The way to do this is to reduce your calorie intake and train hard in the gym with minimum rest time between sets and exercises. This will help burn more calories during your workouts, and yes, you are right the more muscle you build the more you increase your basal metabolic rate, which will make your body burn more calories even when you are at rest.

For the best high intensity workouts get the new HITMAN High Intensity Training Manual, it will help you build muscle and lose fat fast!
