He has written many books and he is one of the top 10 health leaders.

Ellington Darden HIT Training

Ellington Dardon did plenty of research. He worked Nautilus Sport/Medical Industries for 17 years, where he helped develop the Nautilus exercise equipment machines. He found that you could get better results from short and intense workouts. You can train for many years, but you won't help your body improve. If you want to improve your muscles, you must change your workouts and your intensity, volume, and your speed. You steadily get better and avoid exceeding your body's limits. You need to switch the type of workouts that you do and switch to a higher intensity program. If your workout program isn't what you want then you should change your program.

HIT which is an abbreviation of high intensity training shows that you don't need to spend more time at the gym, but you do need to take your intensity to a new level. I didn't say that HIT would be easy, because it won't be. It can be very physically demanding so if you are out of shape or you have had any health issues so you may need to take it a little slower. HIT may not be for you if you have any health issues, when in doubt, you need to check with your physician.

We highly recommend you read some of Ellington Dardon's books such "High Intensity Bodybuilding", "Massive Muscles in 10 Weeks" and "100 High-Intensity Ways to Improve Your Bodybuilding".

Sadly these books are out of print and very hard to find. But our new HITMAN High Intensity Training Manual contains the most up to date and effective high intensity training workouts and information.
